[:1]There is a path you can take that bypasses all the trash in the instance up to first boss (the big ladd at the forges). This is all timing and you have to be mounted - if you can't stealth.
Essentially you stay hard right at the beginning of the instance (like usual) and wait for the Pat to walk back down into the center area. Jump down and avoid the large Skeleton by jumping down/off the cliff (the main path around the center mining hole) - ensure the dragon pat is up in the north/east part of his routine.
At this point you want to reamin as close as to the edge of the pit as possible so you don't pull the skeleton on the main path. Head north/east and dip around and between the Dragon pat and the skeleton to the eastern part of the instance where there is no mobs. Stay in there and wait for the dragon pat to head down south/west.
The only mob you have now is the 2nd dragon pat.
It works, did it last night with the guildies.|||I've known about this for a while, but we never bother with it anymore for 2 reasons.
(1) It's usually just as easy to kill stuff.
(2) Battered Hilts!|||Good reasons for sure Catt, however if your looking for a speedy run for whateve reason. It's pretty simple to do. Speeds up that place so much.|||If you want a real challenge work on convincing Pugs that you can complete OK with about a dozen trash pulls and 2 bosses.
