Singing to ToCr's praise

[:1]People are often bringing Trial of the Crusader down. It's too short, it doesn't fit into the storyline, Blizz went cheap on the design.

So here I am providing some positive things I noticed about the Coliseum. Feel free to pitch in .

- It being shorter than Ulduar gives people a break in progression. If ToCr were to Ulduar as Ulduar was to Naxx there's little chance of enough people being ready when ICC hits. As it stands, by the time patch 3.3 comes around a LOT more people will be banging on Arthas' door.

- It's a dungeon with no trash !! What people have been clammering for since forever !

Discuss.|||The upsides of ToC... hm, let's see.

You can clear the place in less than an hour and then go do something that's actually entertaining and drops gear that doesn't look horrendous. I think that'd be about it.

Oh wait - Faction Champions fight *can* be a lot of fun.|||Upon reviewing my post, I have to say it's far too positive.

ToCr is a piece of shyte instance thrown at us so Blizzard could keep people happy with free epics for a minimum amount of effort. Lore is sorely lacking or hamfisted in, the fights are pretty bloody stupid, tier design is gawd awful (statwise, bonuswise as well as looks), the Boss models are all recycled (excepting Anub'Arak) and the surroundings are more boring than MC after your 500th run through it.

The Heroic modes are bland and unimaginative, especially when compared to Ulduar. It just boils down to "Do more dps! Heal more!". The only exception I'm wiling to make here is Anub'Arak Hardmode.

Blizzard should be ashamed of themselves for releasing such an atrocity, which is nothing but a blatant demonstration of overall lack of effort. I guess part of the design team was pulled out to work more on ICC or Cataclysm.|||Quote:

1. Lack of lore and/or solid reason to be is a serious lack in my book.

2. Lack of strong strategic requirements = yawnfest.

3. Short. Well, sure, many raids could use a little pruning. Pruned down to the ground, not so much.

4. Let's hand out epics like Samhain candy! Make the casuals happy!|||crying ^^ i have only get through TOC for only 2 times

anyone who will help me ?lol that's will be helpful|||

"It's a dungeon with no trash !! What people have been clammering for since forever ! " I like this sentence. so funny and classical.

You got mine.|||Aye, which I much enjoyed. I've got the minute hope that Blizzard will actually see the responses and realise why it was a mistake.|||Cons: They should've made a proper Nerubian Under-Empire raid instead.

Pros: At least it's not another Zul'Whatever.
